Attendance Reporting

Submit a full-day absence, late arrival, or early checkout

Submit an absence using one of these three methods:

  • Starting August 19, parents and caregivers can report up to two consecutive full-day absences using ParentVUE. For absences longer than two days, please contact the school.
  • Call 703-937-1717
  • Email: @email

When reporting a student's absence, please be specific about why your student will not attend school today.  

  • If reporting an ill student, include symptoms, especially if they have a fever, nausea, vomiting, sore throat, and/or cough. If your student has a diagnosis from a healthcare provider, please include that information.
